| Dear Parents,
Welcome back to a new year of Religious Education. Msgr.
Brown , Mrs. Iudica and I, as well as our dedicated catechists, are looking
forward to working with you and your children and helping you in their
religious formation.
It is our desire to provide the children in our program with a quality
religious education. Therefore, the scheduling for the 2010 - 2011 term
is as follows.
Kindergarten will begin on Thursday, Sept 15 at 4:00 P.M.
. For the remainder of the year, the children are to meet in the Small
Hall on Thursdays at 3:20 P.M.. Classes will be from 3:30 P.M. to 4:30
P.M.
Grades 1 and 2 will begin on Thursday, Sept 15, 2011. The children are
to meet in the Small Hall on Thursdays at 3:20 P.M.. Classes will be from
3:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Grades 3-4-5 will begin classes on Wednesday, September
14, 2011. The children are to meet in the Small Hall on Wednesdays at
3:20 P.M.. Classes will be from 3:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Grades 6-7 will begin classes on Monday, September 12,
20110. The students are to meet in the Small Hall on Mondays at 6:50 P.M.
Classes will be from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
The safety of our children is a great concern to us. When dropping off
or picking up your child, please enter the School Yard from Beach 128th
Street and park. (It is so easy for a child to run between cars parked
on the street and not be seen.) If you have any concerns, please feel
free to contact us.
Some Reminders:
Please check your child's envelope each week as we often send important
notices to you with your child. Please make sure that your child completes
all homework assignments.
If your child is ill, please call and let us know. Then
send a written note to the teacher when your child returns.
Report cards are distributed at the end of January and
May. Please sign the card in January and returned it to your child's teacher.
